| GTA IV most expensive game - (GTASeries.com) |
Digitalbattle listed a top10 list concerning games' budgets in which GTA IV is on the #1 spot with a $100 million budget.
Appearantly most money was spent on the game's soundtrack, but I guess it is well known they didn't spend it on voiceacting.

Price to record a master for each track ran at around $10,000 and that excludes the license and royalty fees.
There’s enough content in the game to keep the average gamer immersed for at least 100 hours. There should be, with a budget of $100 million, GTA 4 is the most expensive video game ever made.

| Rockstar multiplayer event today - (GTASeries.com) |
Rockstar is having another play with developers multiplayer match later today from 4 to 7 PM EST (21.00 to 0.00 GMT time), this will be the first for Games for Windows Live (thus on PC).
Details can be found over at the Rockstar Games website.

In case you missed out on the updates and news Rockstar posted this week, here's a little summary.
1. As announced recently, Rockstar posted a calender with the upcoming multiplayer events for PS3, PC and Xbox360.
Unlike the previous ones, with a few they'll add some special giveaways.
2. Rockstar is having another play with developers multiplayer match this friday, unlike the prevous ones this one is on Playstation3.
They also posted a recap from the last match on Xbox360

Rockstar released a third set of cheats for GTA Chinatown Wars on the iPhone/iPod touch:
With this last cluster of cheats for Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars for iPhone / iPod touch, you can make the days run as fast as you'd like. These cheats are perfect for catching up with random encounters that only appear during certain times of the day (there are 14 total random encounters in the game).
Cheats are spelled out using the magnetized letters on the Mission Replay Board located in any Safe House.
Advance an hour - JUMPHR
Move forward an hour.
Advance a day - JUMPDAY
Move forward a whole day.
Advance six hours - JUMPHRS
Move forward six hours.

| Episodes from Liberty City to PC & PS3 - (GTASeries.com) |
 Let the rumors be over... Rockstar announced both a PC (Games for Windows Live) and Playstation 3 release for Episodes from Liberty City, containing both ''the Lost and Damned' and 'the Ballad of Gay Tony' episodes.

Games for Windows - LIVE players can enjoy 32-player multiplayer matches and an advanced video editor, and all fans will have the chance to once again listen to the dulcet tones of Liberty City Radio. (no specific word about the Xbox' Disc version's Vice City FM).
Episodes from Liberty City will be available through the Playstation Network, Games for Windows Live and on a disc on March 30th.
I suppose this fully explains yesterday's mixup from SimplyGames.com, supposed to be posted today.

Unfortunately Chinatown Wars for the Iphone and Ipod touch isn't available everywhere, as was discovered last week.
Rockstar now posted a list where it is available.

Cheats are entered on your Mission Replay Board which can be accessed by visiting any Safe House. The board has a jumbled set of magnetized letters that can be used to arrange all kinds of words - spell out the following lettercombinations to activate the cheats:Quote:
